To uphold the integrity of our products, we do not offer exchanges or returns under any circumstances.

How should I store my products?

All products can be stored in a normal room temperature environment, avoiding extreme weather conditions. DO NOT add water unless instructed, as this will contaminate the product and alter the life span.

How much liquid should I add to the face mask?

Each customer has the freedom to create the perfect consistency for them. We advise starting off with a 2:1 ratio (1 representing the liquid of your choice), and altering that ratio to your liking.

What liquid should I add to my face mask?

For the best results, we recommend: water, aloe liquid, diluted apple cider vinegar or a combination of each.
